お客様のご都合による返品、返金（サイズが合わない、イメージと違った等）はお受け致しかねますのでご了承下さい。
ご不明点等ございましたら、お気軽にメールもしくはお電話にてお問い合わせ下さい。
不良品の場合は良品と交換させて頂きます。商品到着より３日以内にご連絡下さい。
在庫が無い場合は個別にご案内さし上げます。
一度でもご使用になられた場合、下げ札を紛失した場合、商品到着後４日以上経過した場合、SALE商品につきましては、いかなる場合でも返品、交換はお受け致しかねますのでご了承下さい。
海外転送サービスをご利用のお客様へ
・万が一、不良品があった場合は、当店の規約どおり、商品を受け取られてから3日以内にご連絡ください。転送サービスをご利用の場合は、転送業者の倉庫へ商品が配達完了となった日を「受け取り」の日とします。転送業者の検品サービス等をご利用のうえ、その時点で必ず商品の状態をご確認ください。
・転送業者から海外へ発送された後の商品については、返品・交換・返金を含め、当店は責任を負いかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。
For Customers Using an International Forwarding Service
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it, in accordance with our store policy. For customers using a forwarding service, the date the item is delivered to the forwarding company's warehouse will be treated as the date of receipt. Please use the forwarding company's inspection service or similar, and be sure to check the condition of the item at that time.
Once an item has been shipped overseas from the forwarding company, we are unable to accept responsibility for it, including returns, exchanges, and refunds. Thank you for your understanding. |
